Amity Jigsaw House

Amity Jigsaw House is a bright and beautifully maintained 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach home offering the rare charm of an original Straddie house with all the comforts for an easy coastal getaway. Set in a quiet, leafy street and surrounded by native bushland, the home enjoys excellent privacy and regular visits from koalas, kangaroos and birdlife. With the waterfront just 200m away and the jetty, boat ramp and enclosed swimming area a short stroll, it’s perfectly positioned for families and holidaymakers.

Enter via the covered front veranda into a light-filled living area that opens onto a large, covered back deck overlooking the private backyard. Two bedrooms sit just off the living room — a children’s room with twin beds and books, and a queen room with French doors onto the deck. All rooms feature ceiling fans. A spacious main bathroom with double shower and separate toilet is centrally located.

Further along the hallway is a dedicated study and a second queen bedroom with built-in robes. The private king suite is accessed from the front veranda or via the queen room and includes its own ensuite with spa bath, a kitchenette (sink only), TV and access to the front deck.

The well-equipped kitchen at the rear of the home includes full cooking appliances and an espresso machine, with direct access to the back deck. The outdoor spaces include two daybeds, an additional dining area, and two backyard sheds — one with laundry facilities and the other with a large Weber BBQ, fridge, oven and cooktop. A dedicated fish-filleting station is located behind the laundry shed — guests are asked not to use the sinks in either shed for filleting.
