Keep House 2

Keep House 2 is a spacious and welcoming coastal retreat with sweeping views over the Point Lookout headland, Flat Rock, Moreton Island and, on a clear day, even the Glass House Mountains. From May to October, guests can enjoy an unforgettable front-row seat to the annual whale migration from the private whale-watching tower — a signature feature of this wonderful family home.

Designed for comfort and flexibility, the house spans two fully self-contained levels with room for up to nine guests. Every bedroom enjoys peaceful bushland views, ceiling fans and full screening for year-round comfort.

The lower level features a relaxed lounge with TV and a convenient kitchenette with bar fridge and microwave, opening onto a shaded deck with outdoor dining. Two bedrooms are located on this floor — one with a queen and single bed, and another with a queen bed — both serviced by a two-way bathroom with bath, shower and separate vanity. A laundry with top-loading washer and dryer completes this level.

Upstairs, the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area showcases elevated ocean views out toward Flat Rock. The well-equipped kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee plunger and a highchair for families. The adjoining lounge offers comfortable seating and ceiling fans, while glass doors lead to the main deck with BBQ and outdoor dining. The queen master bedroom on this level features built-ins and access to the two-way ensuite. A separate twin bedroom is positioned just off the deck, creating an ideal retreat for older kids or additional guests. From the upper deck, stairs lead directly to the whale-watching tower where panoramic coastal views stretch endlessly to the horizon.

On the ground level, guests have secure, enclosed entry and undercover parking.
